My inclination is to tell you to not try it. It's going to cook REAL strange if you do, and you won't be able to get a crust in there.
Now check this out: Pyrex and Anchor Hocking make two-quart custard cups with plastic lids. You can make GREAT pies in those, and you can get them in three-packs at Big Lots.
