First you have to download or install a archive/compression program. Some Operating systems come provided with such programs. I personally recommend 7zip. Anyways open up the archiving program and start a new archive. It will likely prompt you for the type of archive you'd like to make. Choose zip or whatever other format you wish. Add files to your archive and save/exit.
