Well, what happens is that through digestive track your proteins will be broken down and absorbed (in small intestine). the are broken down into amino acids (i think there are 25 amino acids), they will get absorbed into your bloodstream and taken to you muscle cells. Within the muscle cells the acids will reform into the proteins that the particular muscle needs. the proteins will help the muscle contract. therefore making you stronger.

CHOOSE WHICH ONE IS BEST

Proteins are at work in every cell of your body. When your body digests food, it breaks the protein down into simpler substances called amino acids. There are 20 amino acids and they combine to create millions of different protein "words."

There are nine amino acids that can only be gotten from the food you eat. Anyway, you need proteins to build tissue. Your body also uses proteins to repair damages and to make substances such as hemoglobin, which carries oxygen through your blood. A complete protein filled meal should include anything that comes from or is produced from animals. An incomplete protein meal must contain anything from or produced from plants.
