Larger organizations also sell "financial instruments", including government debt and Stock Market operations, from either Mexico's companies and government, or from other countries.

You should note that some of the largest banks in the world operate in Mexico, including Citibank (US), HSBC (UK), Santander (Spain) or Scotiabank (Canada).
