Your body is one organism so you can't talk about losing fat in only one part of it. Exercise and diet are both necessary. Your legs are especially difficult because unless you are bed bound, you are using them every day, so the muscles should be in good shape. You can increase exercises that just work your legs like lunges and bicycles, but you will also need to cut back on fat-making foods like sugars and other carbs. If you do a lot of just leg exercises, you run the risk of building up thigh muscle which is even harder to lose than fat. Power walking and other common exercises that stretch and strengthen all or most muscles will help you lose body fat without building up muscles in just one part of your body. Women usually need to develop upper body strength so exercising arms, shoulders and the upper back will help you burn calories.

do 100 sit ups a day but also rest between each 20 sit ups or do 90x videos for 8 weeks and u will lose about 20-30 pounds.im doing 90x videos and im 12 and ive lost 13 pounds:)so far. im still on a diet and eating fruits,Sandwiches,and special k original cereal and ive been doing it for almost a month now good luck:D

You cannot spot train. Which means, you cannot lose only leg fat or only stomach fat. As you lose weight, your entire body sheds "sheets" of fat all over your body. Usually the biggest portion of fat in one area will get the most improvements. Working out your legs constantly will cause your legs to gain muscle, but does not mean you'll lose only fat in your legs.

eat heathy drink lot and lots of water and do many aerobic excercises do it with friends if wanted have fun and find ways to enjoy vegies i hate brocoli and i found a salad that contains it and its delicious!
