But at 13 you shouldn't be concentrating on how flat your belly is you should be having fun with friends and laughing! Beleive me, you will only ever be happy if you accept yourself. However flat you're belly is noone is going to want to be around you or respect you if you're constantly paranoid about the way you look. I am sure you a beautiful. Everyone is stunning in their own way.
