There were many marks and variations of Spitfire, so that is not an easy answer. Most early marks carried 85 Imp gallons in 2 tanks in fuselage. Later models had 2 wing tanks of 18 gall each and other later models had another fuselage tank with 33 gal more. Most late model Spitfire had a total of 164 gallon capacity.
