Access the back seat from the tailgate. On the left there is a lever - lift it up, push the top of the seat forward. Be careful of the carpet and your fingers while doing this. Tip the entire seat forward. The next part isn't pretty, it just involves strength. Slide the entire seat to one side and the pin should slip out of the bracket. Lift the free side up and slide it the opposite way. Then it's brute force to get it out.
Make sure you remember which holes the pins go back in.
I used a T40 on my 1997 Wrangler on the forward brackets of the fold-and-tumble rear seat.
There should be a finger strap about where the passengers right shoulder would be. Pull forward and the seat should disengage and fold forward.
they are STILL making them with fold down windshields...
lift the handle on back of the seat
Under the vin plate. fold the windshield forward.
I used to fold the mirrors flat and stick them behind the rear seat.
Yes, you can fold it down, but you have to remove some large screws firt, not hard though
There should be a release lever on the rear left close to the bottom of the seat. Flip it out to release & fold the seat back onto the bottom then lift them both & fold foreward. But there is no lock so unless you have something that will hold it there, it will not stay.
just dont do it. its not difficult, but it is frustating and time consuming, and unless you are in the Congo, it is pointless.
GEEK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You need to fold down the windshield. So undo the torque head screws on each side & fold forward carefully. The wiper motor sits right under the VIN plate on the windshield.
Most C-fold towels tend to come in a white or natural color but C-fold towels actually come in a few colors like natural, blue, green, smoke, and of course, white.
