Seems jumpy when her cell rings and you can hear it,
Doesn't want to talk to you as much as she once did.
Doesn't want to plan things with you as much as she once did.
Wears her prettiest clothes when she goes out with out you.
All this may or may not mean a spouse is cheating , if may just be a sign that you are growing apart. Have a serious talk with her and if you wan to make the marriage work, Work on it.
