An ectomorph is characterized to burn energy instead of storing it in body fat. Therefore, being an ectomorph and having a fatty stomach is somewhat uncommon. Getting rid of unwanted body fat is luckily pretty easy for an ectomorph (than it is for a meso- or an endomorph) as they easily burn calories. Try adjusting your diet, exercising and avoid eating refined foods and "empty carbs" such as sweets if you can. Eat fresh foods such as fruits and vegetables and if you can't bother with sports at least go jogging once in a while.
