After preforming, Kelly(Gwyneth Paltrow) goes into her room and locks the door while Beau(Garrett Hedulnd) and Chiles(Leighton Meester) are singing as James(Tim McGraw) watches them. After Beau preforms he asks James where Kelly is, and James says she's in her room. Beau goes to the door and finds it locked. He kicks and slams the door until it is open, and finds her lying dead on the couch. Little after, James comes in. The scene skips to the hospital where a time lapse of James waiting is shown. The doctor comes out and by head movement and body language, you can tell Kelly did not survive. She died of overdosing on Anti-Depressants I believe.
