because like say that you are fat. i am not saying you are but it is an example. you can eat healthy food because that doesn't have all of the fat and sugar in it like snossages do (fyi snossages means saussages) and so you become lighter and less fat because all of the fat has been washed clean out of your body
Food Addictions can hurt your body in many ways. One way is it can give you Diabetes. diabetes is serious. Diabetes is made when you have to much junk food, but not hand made. It is made inside your body!!!!! If yo have a food addiction I would also like you to se a doctor because it could become dangerouse. Food addictions are very seriouse and if you have one don't just keep eating yourself out of house and hold , call a doctor and see what he/she can do for you! : )
