Ok, get a cotton wool bud or a q-tip or something like that or you could use a tissue folded over lots so it's thick! Then place the tissue/cotton wool bud/tissue over the bottle and tip so the liquid is covering most of the bud/tissue. Shut your eye and apply the bud/tissue onto the eye-lid. Apply pressure and rub down past the bottom eyelashes. Do this for a bit and also rub side to side then down and underneath the bottom eyelashes!!!
