All of us in longterm relationships are not always in love with our spouse. It ebbs and flows. Try reconnecting--take a weekend off with your spouse periodically. Spend time doing activities you used to enjoy while you were dating. Set aside time to do nothing. Work beside each other on a house project. If you truly cannot get it back together, then you need to apologize and move on. There may not be forgiveness in return, but the apology and decent treatment toward the spouse afterwards will be good enough. At least, you set the other person free.

Advantages and disadvantages of infidelity in cheating spouse?

ANSWER: When it comes to our spouse, man or woman when we do cheat it's the same but in a different ways. Advantage of infidelity are; the married man or woman will have someone to run to if and when the wife or husband don't have time for the spouse. He or she has someone to turn to especially talking about his or her day and the job. The married person can and will spend more time being with the new person without being discovered by the spouse. the married person will be busy calling just to her his or her voice. The disadvantage of infidelity are; the married person can not spend week end with him or her even if he wanted to. Holiday or special occasion will be hard to be with the other person. there are a few more thing to explain but I think the one I describe will be enough to get some idea.

How can you say the truth without being too direct?

It depends on what you are talking about to the person. Sometimes using the example of even a fictitious person to get your point across is better than hurting the person. If they don't get the message then I'm sorry to say that a direct approach is the only other way. Just make sure the subject of the discussion is something worth hurting someone over and not something trivial.

Can a spouse be accused of stalking?

Yes, they can depending on the circumstances. ********* If the person being harassed or followed is placed in fear that the stalker intends to injure the person, another person, or property of the person or of another person, then yes a spouse could be accused of stalking. The feeling of fear must be one that a reasonable person in the same situation would experience under all the circumstances. In some states there is also a requirement that the person accused of stalking knew or should have known that his/her actions were likely to cause fear in the "victim".
