The only way to do it would be to pump it through the entire system. This would be hard due to the water heater. You would also have to get it through all fixtures and appliances. And would also have to be added to drains etc. The best way is to have someone do it that does that sort of thing. Mistakes can be very costly.
*** Not to mention that antifreeze is toxic and should not come into contact with the potable water supply.!

You should remove the antifreeze with a shop vac if possible, antifreeze will not hurt the water, but is just one more thing in the water that you do not need to be there.

Draining the water heater also helps it last longer. Or, it can be also 45 year old galvanised pipes feeding the tub like are in my house. My plumbing pipes are rusting internally. That one tub may not be used very often but it's supply line is rusting inside.
