Christmas is brilliant in the United Kingdom. In my case, i visit all of my family and we exchange presents. i love this time of year,i have 2 little sisters of 5 and 1 and a little brother of 5 months, so xmas is very exciting in our house. how is it were you come from? x

The UK is a Christian Country and we celebrate Christmas by being good Christians. Helping others who are in need is one example.

We celebrate the coming of the birth of Christ, the birth itself with Jesus. Christian Church services are all linked to this event in December.

Traditionally, folk put decorations up in their homes with a Christmas tree as central point. Gifts are given to each other as a sign of love. Shops, Schools and businesses close for holidays so supper/dinner can be eaten by the whole family who get together on this day.
