Wart (Arthuer) does not want to become king, one can tell this by the last line in Arthur Becomes King, "and the Wart also burst into tears"
The Wart is initially hesitant and unsure about becoming king because of the added responsibilities and expectations. However, as he grows and learns under Merlin's guidance, he gains confidence in his abilities and starts to embrace the idea of becoming a good and just ruler.
It makes him feel high.

What frustrates the wart about the language of the ants is the lack of words. The wart wants to be able to speak and say more.
His name is Pumbaa.
Wart
The real answer is wart
Wart was in the forest, trying to catch the hawk that Kay let go of, and he (wart) was on a "quest" and found Merlin getting water by a cottage. Merlin invited Wart inside and told Wart he did magic. And then Merlin became Wart's tutor, because appartenly wart was on a "quest" for a tutor, and he found Merlin.
Pumbaa is the warthog in The Lion King
It may help to make it feel better.
King Arthur is only called Wart in T H White's "Once and Future King" series, including "The Sword in the Stone" made into a Walt Disney film. That is as far as my research has got
In the book (The Once And Future King) they called him Wart or Art befor he was king. It is likely he was called Artorius when he lived.
