Oxygen goes into the cell and carbon dioxide comes out. blood goes around your body until it is deoxygenated. it enters your heart through the right side, goes to your lungs where the alvioli produces the oxygen. it the enters your heart though the left side then circulates your body.

When you exercise the body uses the energy stored in fat to maintain homeostasis.
