If they are both the single-din size, yes.
Check the bulbs they are double filamented with smaller being for brake lights
Start with checking the bulbs andthe fuse.
Check the fuses and if they are good then check the brake light switch.
If you are referring to the brake lights it is probably a bad brake light switch. Your vehicle may also have daytime running lights which would be on without the parking lights.
That you'r cars alternator don't work properly ! eithter the "fanbelt" is broken or the alternator coal is bad .
They are not supposed to. The DRL function only activates low or high beam lights, depending on the model. Interior lights and taillights remain extinguished in order to increase contrast of brake and turn signals as well as lengthen the life of the bulbs.
No brake lights but turn signals work? Turn signal switch brakes route through it.
Maybe the bulb is burned out
