It depends how early the church will let you get in, maybe there's a wedding, funeral or church service right before your wedding. Also are you getting ready at the church or somewhere else? Personally I'd want to get ready at the church if they had nice facilities and I'd get there 3 hours early, that means 2:00pm. Allowing myself 1 hour for hair, 1 hour for make-up, 30 minutes for pre-wedding pictures, because I dont care about seeing the groom before the ceremony and the rest of the time to get dressed and hang out with my bridesmaids.
