I have a 1988 Ford Ranger 2.9L V6. the speedo stops at 85 but ive had it pegged all the way to the bottom. Judging by the distances between the speeds on the gauge i would say it was about 104 or 105 mph.

There is a diagram in the Haynes Manual for 1988-1992 Ford Ranger. If you don't want to buy the book just go to the Auto Parts Store and look in one of the ones on the shelf. ANSWER 1 - 4 - 2 - 5 - 3 - 6 The distributor rotation is CLOCKWISE
