Quite easy. All you have to do is drain the radiator, unscrew the hose clamps, pop off the old hose, and install the new one. I'd recommend you buy new hose clamps when you replace the radiator hose. only way to change lower radiator hose is to get underneath the vehicle there is a fawcet on bottom of radiator to dump coolant, then remove hose from underneath vehicle

Assuming you are asking about the radiator coolant drain, it should be on the passenger side under the lower radiator hose. It should take a 1/4" square drive to open it.

The lower radiator hose is the intake to the water pump, the coolant has already passed thru the radiator and has cooled down.
