just did one got a good jack? 2.5 ton works good, get the front-end up and support it, move to the--rear-end up in the air and support it with strong jackstands making contact in front of rear axle body frame so that when you disconnect the front of torsion bar ( located rear of trans bracket ) and two stabliser bars both shocks (lower bolts only) and take off the one bolt holding rear brake line bracket so it will swing down with the rear-end, exhaust needs to be out of the way mine wasn't installed as yet... now take off the heat shields under tank and next to the right side of tank, lower rear-end and watch that brake tubing, two more boltz and that is about all, hey, gear head drain the tank ! ( first ) remove gas cap then start snakeing the tank down and with a twisting motion it'll come out, i took my coils for the rear and set them aside if you need to take pictures,, happy wreching.
drop the tank remove pump replace pump replace tank. put back together
drop the fuel tank. the pump is in the tank.
