Do you know the laws of food?
According to the World Health Organization (WHO), the diet should be varied, balanced and healthy, but appropriate to the characteristics of each person (age, sex, habits, customs and level of physical activity).
Next, we invite you to know the laws of food.
What are the laws of healthy eating?
Currently, there are six laws of healthy eating, which are:
By this he means that every diet must contain all the nutrients necessary for the proper functioning of the human body. That is, the diet must include both micronutrients and macronutrients (proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals). In addition, you must have a sufficient amount of fiber and water.
For a balanced diet, the appropriate amounts from the food groups (dairy, fruits, vegetables, cereals, legumes, meat, poultry, and fish) must be included, and must be combined in a way that promotes health and growth.
When serving a dish, it should be filled with 50% vegetables, 25% protein (meat, poultry or fish) and 25% carbohydrates. In this way, a balance in the diet is being achieved.
Healthy eating should contain different foods from each group to obtain different nutrients, colors, textures, and flavors.
The foods of the season should be included and the dishes should be adjusted to the economic resources of each individual and family.
This point implies that the diet must meet the caloric needs of each person, which can vary according to their age, gender, height and physical activity.
The energy and nutrients that children need for growth are not the same as what a mother requires during breastfeeding to provide milk for her newborn baby. Therefore, the diet must be sufficient for each member of the family.
Food has to be adapted to the needs of each person and family members. The tastes, preferences, financial resources and eating habits of each individual must be taken into account.
This is a very important point because it means that the diet should not involve health risks. That is, the food has to be free of pollutants or toxic substances that could harm the health of those who consume it.
How were healthy eating laws created?
More than 80 years ago, Pedro Escudero, an Argentine doctor, was the first to speak about the laws of food. This specialist described four norms:
Quantity:
Every plan must cover food needs of the organism. The energy expenditure of each person to keep a balance.
Quality:
The diet must be complete, that is, provide
carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins and minerals.
These nutrients must be consumed in the proportions
adequate.
Harmony:
The diet should keep the proper proportions in nutrients.
Adequacy:
The diet must be adapted to the tastes, moment biological, habits and pathologies.
Other tips for healthy eating Although the food laws are very specific and could be easy to follow, the WHO also gives some other recommendations to achieve a more balanced diet:
Fats should not exceed 30% of the total caloric intake. In this case, unsaturated fats are preferable, that is, those that come from fish, avocados, nuts and vegetable oils. In case of consuming saturated fats (present in meat, butter and palm oil, among others), it is recommended that your intake be less than 10% of the total calorie consumption.
Sugars should be less than 10% of your caloric intake (which equates to 12 level teaspoons). If possible, it is advisable to reduce its consumption to 5%.
Salt should be consumed in moderation (5 g daily or less).
Fruits and vegetables should be consumed daily, at least 400 g, which is equivalent to five servings a day. Potatoes and tubers do not count as vegetables for this purpose.
The laws of food give a guideline of the characteristics that a healthy diet should have and are an excellent starting point to know how to eat.
Everything I have said above must be accompanied by exercises.

I'm not sure what agency law is. Agencies don't make laws they make regulations, and no, regulations are not the same as laws. Regulations can have the force of laws.
"Compliance of laws" indicates that the laws themselves are compliant. "Compliance with laws" indicates that someone is following the law.
media regulations are like laws, but for the journalist
TESCO, as a multinational retail corporation, must adhere to various key laws and regulations in the countries where it operates. Some of these include competition laws to ensure fair market practices, consumer protection laws to safeguard customer rights, employment laws to protect workers' rights, health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment, and environmental regulations to promote sustainability. Additionally, the industry as a whole must comply with food safety regulations to ensure the quality and safety of products, and data protection laws to safeguard customer information.
This is a VERY serious matter. MANY laws at all different levels are being broken, Local health department regulations, State Laws, and Federal Laws.
Aristotle did not explicitly write the phrase that "laws, rules, and regulations are guidelines for a civilized society," but his works such as "Politics" and "Nicomachean Ethics" emphasize the importance of laws and governance in creating a just and virtuous society. He believed that laws are essential for maintaining order, promoting justice, and fostering the common good within a community.

The population is mainly affected by Government laws and regulations.
The judicial branch does not pass laws and is not allowed to pass laws. Their power is in the ability to declare existing laws and regulations to be unconstitutional and to define how existing laws and regulations are to be implemented. However, this does effectively give the appearance of making laws.
