Canada has over a thousand, probably closer to two or so, soldiers in Afghanistan. Most of them are in the South. They play a large role in security operations there, and their Special Forces are on par with the U.S. or Britain's. I just learned recently that Canadian snipers broke and then re-broke Carlos Hathcock's record for longest sniper kill in 2002 during Operation Anaconda.

The Soviet Union and The United States Of Canada.
Canada at the time and still is part of the British Commonwealth along with Britain, Australia and New Zealand. This mean when Britain got involved, so did Canada but wasn't fully involved. __ Canada was indeed "fully involved". Army, navy and air force along with massive movement of supplies, merchant navy all participated in the war. 42,789 Canadians were killed and approx 97,988 were wounded during the war. To even suggest Canada "wasn't fully involved" is insulting to the huge effort and sacrifices made by Canadians.
He didn't Get Involved as such, he created World War 2 in 1939 until 1945 and he bombed Canada.

Canada did not have any obligation to be involved in World War 1. Canada had no personal grievances against any of the powers involved.
Because Japan, which was an Axis Power, attacked them on Pearl Harbor ?
War causes terror, so how can war be a solution to terror?
Because Canada had no choice, they were obligated by a treaty
Canada was not involved in America's civil war.
no because they do not have a good standing army
The Boer War was fought in South Africa and Canada wasn't involved.
