The basic Karma theory is similar to teachings in The Bible. These are the most notable verses:

Job 4:8: those who plow iniquity and sow trouble reap the same.

Galatians 6:7-9: whatever one sows, that will he also reap. For the one who sows to his own flesh will from the flesh reap corruption, but the one who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life. And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.

However, the stark difference between the Bible and the Karma teaching in Hinduism, Buddhism, etc. is that those religions believe in reincarnation. In Christianity, the ultimate rebirth is eternal life in Heaven after physical death.

We don't use the word "karma," and the concept is likely not identical, but Genesis 42:21 could be quoted ("And they [Joseph's brothers] said to one another: 'Surely we are guilty concerning our brother, in that we saw his deep distress, when he begged us [not to harm him], and we didn't listen; therefore this distress has come upon us.' " The same goes for hundreds of such examples.

Simply because the term relates to Hinduism and Buddhism, the Bible has nothing regarding karma, per se.

Karma theory (moral causation) is not represented in any biblical texts. Read the story of the laborers Matthew 20.
