Kindly inform you the management has desided to change the exsisting telephone system and implement auto answer machine for that. once it has done your customers and suppliers are need to contanct you the telephone will automaticaly handle them. in the same way visiters also security people will handle. once visiter come security people inform relevent manager and they bring them to reception and seated them in reception. then you all can meet them in reception or bring them up. also you need get a out call u can get it directly because IT people will arreange the system to take calls directly.
