First off... Chocolate in general isn't good for you, only Dark Chocolate. Milk in white and Milk Chocolate reducesthe amount of antioxidants being absorbed in the body. Also, dark chocolate helps lower high blood pressure, which is healthy to maintain at a certain age.

∙ 11y agoChocolate is full of serotonin which is a chemical hormone also known as The Happy Hormone! But sadly chocolate is still not the healthiest food to eat and can increase cholesterol levels in the blood and is bad for your teeth.
