Fort Campbell's internet from Comcast is by far the worst for on base barracks living, its the slowest and most choppy, yet its the only service provider that is allowed to do cable and Internet for the barrack personnel. they refuse to upgrade their services to help the soldiers out and when you call about it all they can say is they are working on it. same thing i heard from them before i deployed for a year as well. Someone is making a killing from that deal while soldiers have to endure slow speeds at a insane cost.
