Yes, you will have to pay. Circumcision is not a medically necessary procedure, and it is not covered at all by most health insurances plans, regardless if you ask for it before leaving the hospital or not.
It's generally not a good idea to have a child circumcised unless there is a medical reason for it. No major medical body recommends the routine circumcision of infants or boys. Circumcision generally should not be performed unless there is a medical reason making it necessary. Circumcision has risks including pain, prolonged bleeding, infection, not to mention the danger of post traumatic stress syndrome brought on by the pain which in the case of newborns is almost impossible to control as well as complications of sedation or anesthesia, and surgical error resulting in damage to the penis. Circumcision has also been shown to reduce the sensitivity of the penis, making sex less pleasurable once the child is an adult. If you son wants to be circumcised, he can always decide so later in life, but most men given this choice almost always choose not to be circumcised.
I am not use what it means when been circumcised as a large. When a boy is born they parents have a choice to get him circumcised.
you shouldnt be asking this. go ask your parents. heh*freaks out*
Boys are not born as circumcised or not circumcised. Circumcision is a surgical procedure. As a minor, it is something that your parents would have to decide to have done. If you are not circumcised, it is because they did not choose to have the procedure done. This would in all likelihood mean that they are already quite aware. There is no need to explain to them. However, if you think that it is something that you want done, you would need to have that talk with the separately.

He was born at his parents' home, not in a hospital.
Circumcision is usually a choice made by the parents of the boy though some adult men get circumcised later in life. Most have their son circumcised for cleanliness reasons or because of their religion. Not everyone is circumcised and it is definitely not something group based like boy scouts. I'm sure there are boys in your group who still have their foreskin.
Because her parents were there for her
yes
There is no requirement for christiand to circumcise their sons or be circumcised. It is a personal choice. There is no doctrine on this topic and is left up to the parents of the male. Females should not in anyway have their genitals circumcised. and neither should males
