The king cobra's venom is composed of proteins and polypeptides. They are extremely neurotoxic and can kill a full grown man within minutes and even a full grown elephant within 3 hours if injected with a sizable quantity of venom.

The king cobras venom attacks the central nervous system and quickly induces severe pain, blurred vision, drowsiness and paralysis. In around two minutes, the victim (If Human) would have cardio vascular collapse and go into a Coma. Death soon follows due to respiratory failure.
