How is the Hindu belief about the godhead similar to and different from the Christian belief in the Trinity?

The Hindu gods are Ganesha Vishnu.
The Christian god is God and Jesus (the only god) .
Hindu's believe they have many different gods.
Christians believe there is only 1 God, which = The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit .

∙ 14y agoHinduism is a polytheistic religion with many gods, but these are also seen as avatars of the three gods, Brahma, Shivna and Vishnu, who in turn form a single godhead. In a somewhat similar fashion, the Holy Trinity of Christianity is three gods in one - God the Father, Jesus and the Holy Ghost. However, Christianity is always regarded as monotheistic.

Other religions (non-Christians) have their own Holy Scripture, but those are different books, and they are not called "Bible". You would have to make up your own mind as to how "similar" you consider them to be.
