With the melting of ice in the Himalayas, Alps and else where due to global warming, the major rivers will become seasonal rivers in the next century. It may not be astonishing to hear that the next World War may be on the right of water. In view of the above, it is of paramount importance to protect water as a scarce item like mineral oil.
