Well.... its never healthy to drink large quantities of alcohol. But I'm sure that it is no more dangerous to drink after working out.
Burn that liquid outta your body as soon as possible or as soon as you're sober. No weights though..... cardio.... and drink LOTS of H20.
im not sure about cardio like running or jogging.. but for weight lifting and training yes it is, it actually is the best time to eat and also drink a protein shake
