If you have been having sex without Birth Control for a year without getting pregnant, see your health care provider for advice and an exam. The implant does not affect future fertility.
No it can not. Remember it can take over a year to get pregnant normally.
If you get pregnant while using the contraceptive implant, you can still decide to continue or terminate the pregnancy. The implant does not harm or end a pregnancy.
Yes, if you're not using birth control, you can get pregnant, even before your first post-implant period.

Don't worry, I have the same symptoms as well. I have been using Implanon for almost a year now and about every couple of months I skip a period and my breasts get very tender. I have had a few scares but never got pregnant. I guess you can say that I am use to feeling like that every now and then. I believe Implanon is very effective. I know it can seem like your pregnant but it is highly unlikely. If you are still worried about it, talk to your doctor. I hope I was able to help in anyway.

You should still be able to get pregnant. If the other pregnancy was recent, then it is more likely you will be able to get pregnant because you are very fertile after a pregnancy
When you are on/having your period, it is usually when you have one of the highest chances of getting pregnant.
Spotting and irregular periods are side effects of the implant. If you still think you're pregnant, take a pregnancy test.
