Take both cables off. Remove old battery. Put new battery in. Put cables back on.
Has it had a chance to relearn its idle since disconnecting the battery cables ?
I'm not a mechanic / technician but have the battery cable or cables been off your battery

Unhook battery cables leave them off for 10 to 15 minutes... Check your coolant level ..your coolant is probably low so you will want to add that..and hook the battery cables back up this reboots the sensors ..and your car should drive
