Most cats have a life expectancy of around 14-16 years. Although, every cat is different and their life expectancy can vary widely depending on their health, environment and care. Please note that the term "tabby" is just a description of a certain coat pattern, not a cat breed. There is no link between coat colour or pattern and a cat's lifespan.
I know of cats who developed cancer very early in life and didn't live to be 5 years old but I've also known cats who were very sick but lived so long (16, 18, almost 20 years) they eventually had to be euthanized because to let them live with such a diminished quality of life was just inhumane.
I had an outside cat who died of natural causes at about 12, another inside only cat who died of a blood clot as a result of spaying at 2, another who made it to 16 before my Dad finally had her put down because she had cancer which had spread rapidly and there was really no course of treatment left for her. I have an all black male who is about 8 (he was rescued and the vet guessed his age at 2 years old so he is at least 8) and he is an inside cat who we let out during the day when he wants to go out. I also have a female who will be 2 in October but she is showing the same symptoms as a close friends cat did that developed cancer by age 4 and had to be euthanized... I'm keeping my fingers crossed because the vet hasn't found anything concrete yet.
(I've had cats my whole life, 27 years, and have done alot of research on them concerning their health, behavior, traits, etc.)
Indoor cats usually live 15-20 years, outside cats less. Some breeds (tabby is just a color pattern, not a breed) last longer than that. The cat's genetics and what kind of veterinary care he gets determine how old he will get.
"Tabby" is a coat pattern, not a type of cat.
Kittens can sleep anywhere between 16 and 20 hours a day, depending on the age of the kitten and how active it is.

It depends on their tale cycle. Most cats would normally need to sleep after 120 - 145 tail wags / movements.
