If they had to come, they would probably take the suicidal person to a mental hospital for evaluation.
They should be put into a mental hospital when they take the step for themselves to be put into a mental hospital. However, if you wanted to be supportive as to try to encourage them to be put in a mental hospital, you should. If the person is extremely confused and seems almost harmful to others, you should help them out by putting them into the mental hospital. This person will appreciate it in the long run, so please do them a favor and put them in the mental hospital. If you are even asking this question to yourself, its time to put them in a mental hospital.
No, the fifth Amendment of the Constitution guarantees that no person shall be deprived of life or limb (incarceration) without due process. You can only be incarcerated in a mental institution by a judge. There is one exception; most states will hold someone for 72 hours to conduct a mental evaluation of a person who has attempted to commit suicide. See the related link for further information.
Best to ask a military recruiter.......................
Figure out which hospital that person is in. Figure out which floor and room number they are in. Make sure you are on their visiting list.
Sociologists may approach suicide from a structural perspective, focusing on societal factors such as inequality, social norms, and cultural influences. Counselors, on the other hand, may focus more on individual mental health issues, coping strategies, and providing emotional support to individuals in crisis. Both perspectives can complement each other in understanding and addressing the complex issue of suicide.
Is when the hospital holds's a person for 48 hours after an atempt at suicide or having suicidal thoughts.
No it is not illegal to commit suicide...because you can not arrest a dead person and put them on trial for a crime.. It is however illegal to fail at committing suicide which is then called attempted suicide, such as if you over dose on aspirin and are taken to the hospital and they save your life, you will then be charge with attempted suicide...
You just call them a patient or you could just call them a person.
If they behave differently, then yes. As a mental person myself, i think you should ask google and not a random stranger like me.
Why would you want to? You Strange Person :pI want to be put into a mental hospital, too...
You may be talking about 'Disorderly Orderly', where Lewis played Jerome Littlefield who was an orderly in a mental hospital. He was so wacky it was sometimes hard to tell whether he was a patient or an employee of the hospital.
