It will kill them/it. If you are refering to salt water at the same rate of specific gravity as ocean water wich is about 1.022, Then you will definitely kill your goldfish, It will take between 1/2 and 5 hours. If your goldfish are sick or icky you can dip them in saltwater for about 15 seconds or so and that will actually help them,(possibly) this does not always help but it will not kill.

No, all Goldfish are freshwater.

NO! THEY ARE NOT BRACKISH LIKE MOLLieS! who like fresh water with a tiny bit of salt in it. goldfish do not need heaters but filters because they tend to be messy. goldfish like the water temp to be 20-23 degrees C but it's ok if it's a bit under or over. goldfish are not tropical like guppies, mollies, tetras, barbs, angelfish, etc.

No, Goldfish are not Saltwater Fish. They are fresh. The salt in the water can internally damage them, so be sure not to get mixed up!
