I wouldn't eat them after 30 minutes out without cooking them thoroughly again.
If they are commercially packaged, then they should last for as long as the package states. If they are a loose pack, like from the butcher, you probably want to use them within a week.
not quite sure but i would say that you should play it on the safe side and not eat them after several hours. :)
24/7

As long as they hadn't been left out on the counter for more than 2 hours at any point in time before or after being steamed or refrigerated.
Regular hot dogs are approximately 6 inches long.
If food is put in one of these bags and put in the freezer, food can be saved for a long time. As for things that are suppose to be refrigerated, food in a food saver bag can stay fresh for 2-6 weeks longer than usual.
You can just put them in the fridge, but if you want them to last a long time, you can put them in the freezer.
from hot dogs from hot dogs
Hot dogs should be good in the refrigerator for three or four days.
No food should go unrefrigerated for more than two hours, including hot dogs. It's best to refrigerated them as soon as possible. If they are left out longer, they should be thrown out, as they may be unsafe to eat.
Very Long
Regular hot dogs are approximately 6 inches long.
The majority of hot dogs have a specific "best by" date on the packaging. Typically, uncooked hot dogs will grow moldy within 3-7 days of opening the package. They will last longer in the freezer, though.
Between 12 and 24 hours depending on the thickness of the hot dogs.
