Cook it for about (in the oven) 45-50min.
When you bake butterfly pork chops you cook them according to the size they are. Generally it does not take pork chops long at all to cook. So about 350 degrees for 25 minutes should be good.
Pork chops become tough by OVERCOOKING. It is important to cook pork to temp. so any harmful bacteria will be cooked out. Pork chops do not take very long if they are med. / thin, bone in. I enjoy my chops a bit pink in the center to ensure they are not tough. I think I'm one of a few who actually orders their pork med. rare.
For pan seared chops that are 1/2 to 3/4 inches thick, it would take about 4-6 minutes to sear and an additional 5-8 minutes over lower hear to finish. This is for pork that is cooked to 140*F

First, it would depend on how thick the chops are - the thicker they are, the longer they will take to cook. I find that the less they are turned (i.e. only once), the more tender they are. The actual test for doneness is to cut into the center of the thickest chop. It MUST be white with NO pink. Pork has to be well cooked to destroy the potentially very dangerous trichinosis worm or its eggs.
Pretty much any pork can be grilled nicely. A tenderloin is a large piece of meat and will take time. Depending on you schedule, nice pork chops might be a better choice and can cook more quickly.

"if its whole it will take a real long time in slow cooker, id say all day and all night. Depending on your cooker. Mine would take that long on high." and I'm guessing...just assuming...you're not too good of a cook, eh?
yes you can, except they take twice as long and on lower heat otherwise you will burn the outside before the inside is thawed, and cooked properly.
