Well I like it a bit crispy, so I set it the highest setting and let it cook on each side for about 6 min each side, comes out great a bit crispy, also I take the bacon grease, and pour it in a pot and boil it, then put it in the fridge, people pay for that stuff, when it turns white you can use it for frying instead of oil saves money
