You can lose weight if the following actions are taken: -Skip/stop drinking soda, beer, wine, or any kind of sweet beverages/smoothies. -Workout 4-5 times a week, 30 to 120 minutes each day. -Eat fiber for every gram of fat consumed. ( 4 grams of fat = eat 4 or more grams of fiber) -After eating a meal, walk around and don't fall asleep. (wait 30 to 80 minutes before going to bed)
