It must be paid immediately when the firing is done. If your boss doesn't pay you immediately, you can take him/her to court, but you would probably waste more time and money than just harassing him/her to get it. And ultimately, if you take it to court, spend lots of time and money, and s/he doesn't have the money, then there really isn't anything you can do. If you know of others not paid, you can group together and force the company into bankruptcy, but that may not necessarily benefit you either (and it is costly to do).
It isn't worth getting mad over. Just call him and find out when he'll pay you. Keep pushing him until he pays you.
