Maple syrup for example stays fresh for a VERY long and indefinite time if sealed well. There are too many different kinds of syrups to give a determinate answer.

If you cover the canned fruit and put it in a fridge it can last up to a week and a half. Make sure to not drain the syrup, because that is what help keep it fresh. If the syrup is drained that that fruit can stay fresh for a few days.

It will probably be good for a few hours out of the fridge. Too long (more than a day or so) out of the fridge and it will probably begin to go bad.
It depends on the type of chocolate and how it is stored. Typically chocolate will last for 2-4 months past it's best by date if stored in the pantry, 4-6 months if it is in the fridge and up to 8 months in the freezer.
