Any standard bachelor's degree usually takes four years.

You might find a bachelor's level program in psychiatry somewhere, but it is not likely. At least, such a program would be rare, and probably not worth considering. You certainly would not come away from such a program prepared to practice psychiatry on any level. A psychiatrist is an MD who specializes in psychiatric medicine. Your question is something like asking about bachelor's programs in podiatry, oncology or cardiology. You're putting the cart before the horse. Get a bachelor's degree in an area that you are interested in, and do very well. You'll be applying to medical schools when you are finished. If you are interested in psychology, that's fine, but it is not necessary. A friend of mine went to medical school after a major in music. You are going to learn what you need to know about psychiatry in medical school and in your later training.

There are some credentials, obtained at the post-graduate level, that allow you in some states to prescribe psychiatric medicines without having an MD. Some of these credentials would require that you be under the supervision of a psychiatrist.
