they say about 4 hours but it is actually 2 weeks
Take it into a phone company that offer's the use of unlocked phones and they should activate it for you.
If the phone will lock by password then it take almost 20 to 30 minutes otherwise 1 or two minutes.
Yes. But it's a fairly complicated procedure which is worth trying in my opinion. First, just by a cheap (or free) prepaid T-Mobile phone. Next, take the simcard (smart chip) from that prepaid phone and put it in the phone of your choice, in this case your sidekick. Activate the sim card and your ready to go. But if you have problems using the phone with that simcard, just call T-Mobile customer support from another phone, like a home phone, and tell them you want to update your IMEI number (which is found under the battery compartment). And your all set!!!
Yes. As long as you are out of your contract or willing to pay the cancellation fees - you can unlock your phone and bring to a prepaid network. Once you unlock your phone, you just need to purchase a SIM card. I personally did this a few months ago, and switched to Straight Talk. I know there are other prepaid networks that can take unlocked phones as well.
Yes but you will need to buy a cheep prepaid one and then take the SIM CARD from that and put it in your phone. yes usually unless your phone is a smartphone then youll need to buy a new phone.
it takes 24hours to activate BBM from vodafone.
If you look on the carton then there will say an expiry date. That is how long it lasts.
As with normal plans, the cheapest prepaid cell phone plan for one person is not necessarily the cheapest prepaid plan for somebody else. Before choosing a plan, you need to take a close look at your previous bills in order to find out how often you use your phone, and make your decision based on that. Don't confuse prepaid for pay as you go either. While the two are often offered by the same company, they are not identical. A prepaid plan means that you pay for your minutes upfront at the beginning of the month. Pay as you go means that you pay for each minute you use the phone.
It depends on what type of phone it is, GSM, or CDMA. You can tell the difference between the two, fairly easily: GSM phones take a SIM card, while CDMA do not : If it's a GSM phone, AT&T would be a provider, as would T-Mobile. If it's CDMA, Verizon would be your best bet!
You didn't specify if this is a prepaid phone, I also cannot understand your question correctly. If it is on a bill then it will be charged on your bill.
no it cost money! it may not tell you when you do it but it will take away from your min....And or charge you to your bill depending if you prepaid as in cards or as in every month you get a certain amout then the phone shuts off...But yes and every time if you do not have free email and or internet it will take away form your min...
about 1 week
