disconnect the ball joints, engine cradle bolts, remove the cradle to transmission mounts, drop down the cradle, then remove the driveshafts, tranny cooler lines, unbolt the torque converter, remove the transmission Take off the flex plate(flywheel) and then you can pry out the old rear main seal Put everything back together the way it came out OR Take it to a qualified mechanic shop and pay about $1000 to have them do it
