You do daily exercises that involve sit ups, and crunches And regular sets with dumbbells daily. I made up a routine to do 150 sit ups, 50 crunches, 50 jumping jacks, 50 ski jumps, and 20 push ups daily, twice a day. 1 set in the morning before I eat anything, and 1 in the afternoon at about 3:00 after lunch. Do regular dumbbell exercises. What I do with my dumbbells, is I do actual exercises with them and there are many different ones. You can see them on YouTube. But you can do regular sets with them. What I am doing is 100 sets of 5 pounds with each arm every hour each day (pm). Make sure you work out with the dumbbells, you just keep going up. Ex: start with little weights! like 3 lbs and then when you are ready you go you go to 5 lbs then, 7 or 6 lbs etc.
You can't. Being "ripped" requires having a very low body fat, something that most people cannot achieve in such a short period of time.
Through good diet and regular exercise, a gradual, sustainable reduction in body fat will allow someone to be ripped. For in-depth information about how to do this, see the relevant page links, further down this page, listed under Related Questions.
