is it safe to take a bath in rubbing alcohol.
Rubbing alcohol is often a good way to take ink off of non-porous surfaces. Unfortunately, paper is absorbent and likely to be ruined by the rubbing alcohol. You cannot use rubbing alcohol to take washable marker off of paper.
No
Yes, using rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball or swab will take the sticky off of a screen protector.
Rubbing alcohol may take the sticky from new beads. The beads should be soaked and then scrubbed with a toothbrush, unless they are painted beads, which may lose their color.

There is a product by the name of "Lift-Off" that works very well - readily available (Lowe's, Wal-Mart...) rubbing alcohol will take much more effort.
Wooden or plastic? If it's plastic, just stick it in the dishwasher (top rack only) & be sure to take it apart if it's more than 1 piece. If it's wooden, you'll need to get a cleaning cloth & a cleaning rod & go at it. You could use a little mixture of rubbing alcohol diluted with water, but not too much. The best thing is to just not do anything with it that would make it all funky.
I'd, say pretty close to forever, as it won't work.
